Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Pipeline Scouts to identify, track, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Pipeline Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a structured verification and approval process.
Once approved, Scouts:
Source and submit off-market or proprietary transactions
Maintain visibility on upcoming deal flow and emerging opportunities
Introduce high-quality deals to capital allocators and sponsors
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified deal origination and pipeline track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals already close to active deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked individuals.
Approved Private Markets Pipeline Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Track emerging deals and maintain a forward-looking transaction pipeline
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide structured deal context (asset, structure, size, economics, thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling and underwriting)
Pipeline Scouts are not responsible for:
Financial modeling or underwriting
Raising capital
Preparing investment memoranda
Providing investment advice
Based on approval, Pipeline Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or distressed investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and network proximity to actionable opportunities.
Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Exact economics vary by transaction size, structure, and Scout role
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality pipeline management
Submit a Private Markets Pipeline Scout application with background and deal sourcing experience
Complete verification and deal category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified deals and tracking pipeline opportunities
There is no blind pitching or cold outreach. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Private Markets Pipeline Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal identification, pipeline management, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with early visibility into transactions
Brokers, intermediaries, and investment bankers with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders aware of upcoming capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently track emerging deals
Monetize deal flow without raising a fund
Earn performance-based upside without underwriting risk
