Our platform is built for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, not cold pitching, and not unpaid sourcing.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities across the private markets to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Private Markets Deal Scouts:
Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary private market deals
Introduce opportunities to vetted capital allocators and sponsors
Participate in live transactions through curated, platform-driven introductions
Earn transaction-based compensation when deals successfully close
Build a verified private markets deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is designed for professionals already embedded in private markets deal flow.
Approved Private Markets Deal Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Submit deals that meet Initio Sphere’s private markets qualification standards
Provide high-level deal context (asset class, structure, size, economics, thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to certified analysts and sponsors
Deal Scouts do not underwrite transactions, build financial models, raise capital, or negotiate deal terms.
All analysis, diligence, and execution is handled by certified professionals on the platform.
Based on experience and approval category, Private Markets Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Private credit, structured, or opportunistic investments
Operating businesses, founder-led companies, and special situations
Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing credibility and relevance.
Compensation is success-based only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Paid only after successful deal close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement
No earnings caps for consistently high-quality private markets deal flow

Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network
There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching.
Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Private Markets Deal Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real private market transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize private markets deal flow without launching a fund
Earn transaction-based upside without underwriting or balance sheet risk
Work directly with credible, active capital allocators
