Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities across the private markets to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Private Markets Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Private Markets Deal Scouts:
Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to institutional investors and sponsors within the Initio Sphere network
Support early-stage transaction coordination
Earn success-based compensation on closed transactions
Build a verified deal origination track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is well-suited for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals.
Approved Private Markets Deal Scouts may be engaged to:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary private market opportunities
Introduce qualified deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide high-level deal context (asset overview, structure, economics, investment thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts

Based on approval and demonstrated sourcing credibility, Private Markets Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or hybrid investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing track record, and deal quality.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role
No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

Complete verification and deal-category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified opportunities through curated channels
There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through platform-driven, relationship-first workflows.
Private Markets Deal Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting or balance-sheet risk
Work directly with credible capital allocators and sponsors
Build long-term signal, trust, and a verified deal history
