The FAIR team is seeking a Vice President to lead analytical delivery, client engagement, and operational execution across the Americas. This individual will play a key role in scaling FAIR’s private markets capabilities and delivering high-quality insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

As a Vice President within the FAIR team (Americas), you will lead the delivery and evolution of FAIR’s analytical capabilities across North America, partnering closely with clients, product, and global FAIR teams.

You will combine deep expertise in private markets fee structures with operational leadership, client engagement, and process innovation to deliver high-quality insights on management fees, expenses, and carried interest.

This role requires a leader who can bridge technical fund analysis with strategic client impact, while scaling FAIR operations across a complex and high-growth regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Analytical Leadership & Technical Expertise

• Oversee the review and validation of FAIR reports covering management fees, expenses, and carried interest across private equity and alternative investments.

• Interpret complex documentation including limited partnership agreements, financial statements, capital account statements, and transaction notices.

• Act as a subject matter expert on U.S. private market fund structures, fee models, and carry waterfalls

• Ensure consistent application of FAIR methodologies while identifying enhancements based on market practices and client feedback

Regional Operations & Delivery Management

• Lead Americas-based delivery teams, ensuring adherence to service-level expectations for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

• Design and optimize scalable workflows for data extraction, validation, and reporting across diverse fund structures.

• Implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and quality controls to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to drive automation and platform innovation across FAIR processes.

Client Engagement & Commercial Ownership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Americas clients, managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Lead client presentations, translating complex fee structures into clear, actionable insights.

• Support growth through client expansion opportunities, renewals, and new mandates within the AMRS region

• Maintain strong oversight of client pipelines, deliverables, and deadlines

Strategic & Product Contribution

• Partner with global FAIR and product teams to evolve methodologies, tools, and reporting capabilities

• Bring a market-informed perspective on private markets trends, including fee transparency and investor reporting expectations

• Contribute to broader Private Markets and PDS strategy by aligning FAIR outputs with client needs and platform development.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across the Americas, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.

• Manage hiring, capacity planning, and team structure in line with regional growth priorities

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Drive performance against KPIs and enhance team technical capability

Qualifications

Experience

• 8–12+ years in:

o Private equity / private markets operations

o Fund accounting, audit, or investment analytics

o OR private markets product / structuring roles

• Hands-on expertise with:

o Limited partnership agreements, capital call and distribution data, and fund financial reporting.

• Experience managing client delivery and cross-regional teams

Core Skills

• Deep understanding of:

o Private equity structures, fee arrangements, and carried interest

o Financial statements and investor reporting

• Strong analytical rigor with high attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel/data skills

• Ability to translate technical analysis into client-facing insights

Leadership & Commercial Capabilities

• Demonstrated leadership of teams in complex, client-facing environments.

• Proven ability to drive process transformation, automation, and scalability initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management across:

o Clients

o Product / Engineering

o Senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CAIA, ACA, or equivalent credentials.

• Experience with U.S. private markets ecosystem and investor requirements

• Exposure to product strategy, structuring, or platform development initiatives
