The role involves representing private equity sponsors, lenders, and financial institutions in complex debt financing, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, active Bar admission, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include advising on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and collaborating across legal teams throughout all transaction stages. This position offers high responsibility, direct client access, and exposure to significant private equity deals. Compensation ranges from $260,000–$365,000 with comprehensive benefits.
