Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Equity Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.
This is a contractor role, not traditional employment. Scouts operate independently through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Private Equity Deal Scouts:
Source and submit proprietary or off-market private equity and growth investment opportunities
Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live transactions
Earn deal-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals already well-connected to private equity deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.
Approved Private Equity Deal Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary private equity deals
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide high-level deal context (company/asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (who handle modeling)
Private Equity Deal Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.
Based on approval, Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Commercial real estate deals (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and demonstrated network reach.
Success-based, transaction-driven compensation only
Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal
Payments issued after successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role
No caps for consistently high-quality deal flow
Submit a Scout application with background and sourcing history
Complete verification and category approval
Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified deals through curated, platform-driven channels
No cold applying to funds. No blind pitching. All deals flow through the verified network.
Private Equity Deal Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation, compliant with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into private equity transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize proprietary private equity deal flow without building a fund
