Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid sourcing.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Equity Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified private equity investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Private Equity Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Deal Scouts:
Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary private equity deals
Work directly with private equity funds, family offices, and capital sponsors on live opportunities
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified private equity deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals already close to PE-relevant deal flow, including operators, intermediaries, advisors, consultants, and networked professionals embedded in operating businesses.
Approved Private Equity Deal Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary operating company investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s private equity and capital partner network
Provide high-level deal context (business overview, ownership structure, transaction type, and investment thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between business owners, management teams, and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle financial modeling and underwriting)
Deal Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.
Based on approval, Private Equity Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Lower-middle-market and middle-market buyouts
Minority and majority growth equity investments
Founder-led and family-owned business transactions
Platform acquisitions and add-on opportunities
Special situations and structured private equity deals
Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated experience and sourcing credibility.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement
No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality private equity deal flow
To become a Private Equity Deal Scout:
Submit an application with background and sourcing details
Complete verification and private equity category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified private equity deals
There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Private Equity Deal Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with direct insight into operating businesses and ownership transitions
Intermediaries and advisors with proprietary private equity deal flow
Consultants, executives, or founders close to capital events
Networked professionals who consistently hear about PE-relevant opportunities early
Monetize private equity deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting or balance-sheet risk
Work directly with credible private equity sponsors and allocators
Build long-term signal, trust, and verified PE deal history
