What You''ll Do

The Appointment Escort provides personalized, compassionate support by safely accompanying residents to medical appointments, errands, and community outings while ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience. Beyond transportation, this role offers hands-on assistance tailored to each resident''s needs, including mobility support, transfers, ambulation assistance, restroom and continence care, and other personal care services as required.

Responsibilities:

• Escort residents safely to and from medical appointments and community outings
• Assist with transportation coordination and ensure timely arrival
• Support appointment check-in and navigation within medical offices
• Provide friendly conversation, reassurance, and companionship
• Assist residents in preparing questions and taking notes during appointments (if requested)
• Communicate important updates or concerns to appropriate staff or family (as directed)
• Assist with resident ADLs as needed
• Ensure residents return home safely and comfortably
