Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Insights Scouts to identify, track, and report early-stage opportunities and market intelligence to our investor and fund manager network.
This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Insights Scouts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Private Capital Insights Scouts will:
Identify early-stage investment opportunities and off-market deals
Gather and share high-quality insights on private capital activity, market trends, and deal flow
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network when appropriate
Provide context on opportunity type, structure, economics, and thesis
Build a verified track record of market intelligence and deal introductions
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
This role is ideal for professionals with visibility into private capital activity, including operators, brokers, advisors, intermediaries, and networked professionals.
Approved Private Capital Insights Scouts may:
Track and report proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Provide market intelligence on sectors, asset classes, and emerging deals
Introduce qualified opportunities to investors and sponsors through Initio Sphere
Coordinate early-stage introductions and facilitate analyst handoffs for diligence
Note: Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.
Based on approval, Insights Scouts may track or submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and market insight.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal
Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

Complete verification and category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting insights and qualified deals to the network
No cold pitching or blind outreach: all opportunities are introduced through curated platform channels.
Private Capital Insights Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal intelligence, introduction, and relationship facilitation, fully compliant with securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize deal intelligence without building a fund
