Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, unpaid sourcing, or speculative pitching. Deal Scouts plug directly into an active network of capital allocators and transaction professionals.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and category-approval process.
Once approved, Deal Scouts:
Source and submit qualified proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals directly to vetted investors and sponsors
Earn transaction-based compensation when deals close
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals.
Approved Private Markets Deal Scouts may:
Source proprietary or off-market investment opportunities
Submit deals through Initio Sphere’s structured intake process
Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, size, rationale)
Coordinate warm introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts
Deal Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, capital raising, or investor solicitation.
Based on approval and sourcing background, Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and founder-led situations
Special situations and structured opportunities
Opportunistic or complex private-market investments
Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated experience, sourcing credibility, and deal quality.
Deal Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation is paid only upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role in the transaction
No earning caps for consistently high-quality deal flow
Submit a Deal Scout application with background and sourcing details
Complete verification and deal-category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified deals to the investor and sponsor network
There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Private Markets Deal Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit or sell securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity
All activity is limited to deal identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws and regulations.
Operators with early visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary or off-market deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals before they surface broadly
Monetize deal flow without building a fund or taking balance-sheet risk
Earn on transactions without underwriting or execution responsibility
