The successful candidate will work collaboratively while maintaining significant independence.Duties Advise clients on obligations under information privacy laws.Provide guidance on e‑mail marketing and online advertising.Prepare privacy policies for websites and mobile applications.Negotiate contractual provisions related to personal data and trade secrets.Advise on privacy and security in M&A transactions.Consult on the use of cookies and analytics technologies.Develop incident response plans.Requirements Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.Admission or eligibility for reciprocity to the Oregon, Washington, or California State Bar.US and international privacy certifications.Some portable book of business and success in client portfolio development.Education Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.Certifications US and international privacy certifications.Skills Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.Strong client service ethic.Ability to work well in a team‑oriented setting with significant independence.Benefits Discretionary merit bonus consideration.
