This role is responsible for operating high-volume digital printing and inserting equipment, processing mail jobs accurately within strict deadlines, and supporting day-to-day mailroom workflows. Candidates must be comfortable standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, multitasking, and working with production-class mail and printing equipment.Job Duties Operate high-volume Xerox production printers Process, fold, insert, and prepare mail using Neopost inserters Pitney Bowes equipment Verify print jobs and mailing instructions for accuracy Apply postage and prepare outbound communications within strict timelines Support additional corporate mailroom operations as needed Maintain confidentiality and compliance while handling healthcare-related documents Perform physical mailroom tasks including lifting paper/envelope boxes. **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
