Print Quality & Laser Specialist – $16-$17/hr – 4-Day Workweek Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Pay: $16/hr starting wage. $17/hr after 90 days.
Work Environment: Clean, climate-controlled production area Job Summary We are seeking a Print Quality & Laser Specialist to operate an industrial flatbed printer and laser cutter for our thermal template line. This role includes inspecting print color and quality, preparing materials for cutting, troubleshooting basic computer/network issues, maintaining inventory of printed components, and updating design files through an internal approval process. Training is provided for motivated individuals with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities - Operate an industrial flatbed printer and laser cutter
- Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
- Adjust print settings and resolve common print issues
- Prepare and align materials for laser cutting
- Troubleshoot basic computer, network, and shared file and resource system issues
- Communicate with equipment vendors for technical support when needed
- Maintain inventory of printed items for production use
- Update design files and follow the approval process for new print and cut files
- Follow production guidelines and quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
