Print Production Associate Portland, OR (onsite) 3+ Months (Temp to Perm) (Over Night Shift) Sun - Thu, 12:00am - 9:00am Summary Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Print Production Associate to support overnight operations. This role involves working with high-speed printers, preparing printed materials, and ensuring timely processing for mailroom distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Work closely with a team member during overnight shifts to print client letters. Operate and monitor high-speed industrial printers to ensure smooth production. Refill printers with paper and supplies as needed. Bind printed materials into bundles using a strapping machine for mailroom delivery. Ensure all printed output meets quality and accuracy standards. Follow detailed instructions and quickly adapt to new processes. Perform basic troubleshooting on printing equipment when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with transporting completed materials to designated areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 12 years of relevant experience in print production, mailroom, or office services preferred. Familiarity with high-speed printers or production equipment is a plus. Basic computer and technical skills required. Valid drivers license may be required (per company policy). Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic mathematical and filing skills. Excellent customer service mindset. Primarily office/production environment with standard lighting and temperature. Requires prolonged standing with occasional sitting. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 5055 lbs (paper boxes). May push/pull equipment on wheels up to 700 lbs when needed. Comfortable working overnight shifts. Parking provided at no cost.
