Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager, Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations to oversee print production, fulfillment operations, and content management processes supporting Commercial and Medical teams. This role will manage print vendors, coordinate material production and distribution, support content management systems (Veeva Vault/PrintDepot preferred), and ensure timely execution of approved marketing and medical materials.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end print production, fulfillment, and distribution of approved Commercial and Medical materials.Serve as the primary point of contact for print requests, vendor management, and fulfillment operations.Oversee print management platforms (PrintDepot/Veeva Vault) and drive process improvements.Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure compliance and timely delivery.Lead print planning for product label updates, conference materials, and prescribing information distribution.Generate operational reports, metrics, and business insights for stakeholders.Support Material Review (MLR) Operations as needed.Requirements5+ years of experience in print operations, marketing operations, project management, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries.Experience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platforms.Strong vendor management, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
