Principle Acquisition Analyst/Program Lead (FS&S)Bowhead seeks an Principle Acquisition Analyst/Program Lead for an upcoming Navy proposal effort PAE Maritime GEM in Washington, D.C.Responsibilities and QualificationsProvide advice, guidance, and assistance to the command, equipment commodity managers, and maintenance commodity managers.Oversee all maintenance management programs, policies, and procedures.Analyze maintenance and the maintenance management functional areas to ensure the effective use of equipment, maintenance, and material.Plan for the management of maintenance operations.Review maintenance related reports.Advise the AO on maintenance related matters.Conduct maintenance training.Conduct maintenance inspections.Monitor supply levels.Monitor equipment status.Prepare maintenance standard operating procedures.Review unit Table of Organization / Equipment.Identify organic / non-organic maintenance capabilities.Monitor maintenance related programs (e.g., corrosion control, modifications, etc).Supervise hazardous materials and waste program.Validate maintenance administration policies/procedures.Coordinate maintenance related publication requirements.Perform functions of the maintenance automated information systems (MAIS).Review maintenance automated information systems (MAIS) data.Track equipment maintenance production reporting.Prepare maintenance management correspondence.Maintain maintenance management correspondence / files.Maintain appropriate maintenance management related inspection requirements.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Science disciplineTen (10) years professional experience in program/project management in DOD acquisition; or ten (10) years professional experience in program/project management in Navy acquisitionIntermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.Targeted salary range is 100,000/annually to 140,000/annually based on qualifications and experience.Physical DemandsMust be able to lift up to 10-20 poundsMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodicallySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secert level.
