This role involves shaping moderately to highly complex projects, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring less experienced team members. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure technical solutions effectively support organizational goals and long-term strategies.This is a hands-on leadership position focused on continuous innovation, engineering excellence, and enhancing system performance and maintainability.
