It's a smaller, more hands-on environment where your work gets noticed and you have direct access to leadership.In this position, you will lead the technical execution of transmission line (T-Line) projects from concept through construction support, ensure compliance with applicable codes and client standards, and mentor a team of engineers and designers. You will work closely with Project Managers and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient engineering solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned transmission line engineer who enjoys ownership, technical leadership, mentoring others, and influencing project outcomes. Licensed engineering role + people leader responsible for serving as engineer of record, leading the technical execution of t-line projects, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
