What this job is
This job is a hybrid creative production, training, and executive enablement role focused on elevating short-form video content across the organization.
It is:
A hands-on short-form video production role — shooting, editing, refining, and producing polished video content for owned corporate channels.
A training and enablement role — helping communicators across the organization build confidence and capability in creating their own short-form video and digital content.
A trend-aware digital content role — staying current on short-form video trends, mobile-first tools, platform innovations, and audience engagement strategies.
A storytelling capability-builder — expanding the organization’s ability to create compelling, authentic, high-impact content at scale.
An on-site role based at Operational Headquarters in Minnesota, with a need to capture footage and support teams in person.
What this job is not
This job is not simply a traditional video producer or director role. It goes beyond making videos and requires teaching, coaching, influencing, and scaling content capabilities across the organization.
It is not:
A behind-the-scenes-only editing role — the person must also facilitate workshops, coach leaders, and engage directly with stakeholders.
A purely strategic role — while strategy matters, this person must be highly hands-on with shooting, editing, motion graphics, and content execution.
A standard corporate communications role — the emphasis is specifically on short-form video, mobile-first content, digital storytelling, and production enablement.
A passive support role — this person is expected to lead, shape standards, influence executives, and raise the quality bar across teams.
A one-off content creator role — the goal is not just to produce individual assets, but to build repeatable systems, toolkits, playbooks, and training programs.
A role focused only on polished executive content — it also requires democratizing content creation so communicators at multiple levels can produce stronger content themselves.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
