Oracle''s Strategy and Operations provide business-critical insights through analytics, drives cross-functional alignment on goals and execution, and advances strategic initiatives that accelerate growth across Oracle''s product and partnerships organization.

As a Senior Analyst, you''ll work closely with business and product leadership to shape strategy, improve operational rigor, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable outcomes across Oracle''s cloud businesses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or a corporate advisory role.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis
  • 2+ years working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at the leadership level.
  • 2+ years developing business strategies or leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating insights from large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries with multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in enterprise software, cloud, or technology sales environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - able to distill complex, ambiguous problems into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts paired with sound business judgment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
