Position Specific Description

As a Principal AI Product Manager supporting Nuclear, youll own the strategic vision and end-to-end execution of transformative products like condition-based maintenance systems and work management automation that directly shape fleet reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency across the enterprise. Youll lead and influence cross-functional teams of nuclear SMEs, data scientists, software engineers, and plant stakeholders setting product direction, driving agile delivery at scale, and establishing the standards by which value is measured and communicated. Your daily work involves translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives for executive leadership, anticipating and eliminating systemic blockers, and ensuring deep alignment between nuclear operations, IT, and senior stakeholders on multi-year roadmaps, investment priorities, and deployment strategy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEras long-term goals and market leadership objectives
  • Oversee multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with business priorities, seamless integration, and strategic prioritization across the product portfolio
  • Drive innovation by identifying market opportunities, emerging trends, and unmet customer needs, and translating these insights into breakthrough product concepts and strategies
  • Act as a key influencer within the organization, working closely with business line leadership, engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to drive product success
  • Engage deeply with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather strategic insights, and ensure the delivery of high-value products
  • Lead Agile development processes at a strategic level, including roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of products, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Provide strategic updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leaders, highlighting product progress, key achievements, and future roadmaps
  • Mentor and develop product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
