Principal Product Manager
140-180k DOE and flexible for right hire

Reports to VP Product
Our EU based client is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead a major part of their new product pillar. Youll shape strategy, drive outcomes, and help organizations build inclusive, compliant digital experiences. Youll lead strategy and execution for a high-impact domain such as:
Remediation workflows and automation AI-assisted accessibility Document action Product feature development and client needs PDF and beyond
Governance reporting and audit readiness
Day to day, youll own product strategy, end-to-end vision, bets, roadmap, results.
Define and drive key metrics activation, retention, remediation speed, recurrence reduction
Run continuous discovery with leaders, developers, marketers, and compliance teams
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver accessible, secure, enterprise-ready solutions
Align with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Support for successful launches and adoption
Build clear product narratives and influence executive decisions
Coach PMs and raise the bar on product craft across the org
Ideal Candidate
8-10 years in Product Management shipping B2B SaaS at scale
Strong product sense and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with metrics, funnels, cohorts, and mixed-method insights
High-ownership mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Accessibility or compliance domain experience WCAG ADA EAA
Workflow automation or AI-assisted product experience
Platform integration background APIs webhooks CMS dev design tools
Experience with packaging, pricing, or multi-product suites
