Principal, IT Contracts Manager

- Collaborate with IT leaders to ensure contract language accurately reflects business intent, scope, pricing, timelines, performance obligations, and risk allocation
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Contract Amendments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Admin, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree a plus
- 10+ years of experience in IT contract management, legal operations, commercial contracting, or a related role
- 5+ years in managing complex, high value, managed service contracts
- 5+ years collaborating with IT Leaders on hardware, software and labor contracts
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and negotiation principles
- Proficiency with contract management systems and document management tools
- Familiarity with ITIL/service management concepts and SLA measurement practices
- Advanced contract drafting and negotiation skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
