    Principal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Architect

    HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays acritical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. Due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
    • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
    • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
    • 10+ year experience with enterprise identity and access management, with expertise in Microsoft AD DS, ADFS, and ADCS architectures.
    • Strong understanding of zero-trust identity principles.
    • Active TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility required to start, candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain an active CI Poly once hired.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Formal ICAM training or vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft identity training/certs, PKI-related training/certs)
    • Experience with certificate-based MFA and revocation infrastructure.
    • Experience implementing attribute-based access control (ABAD) and claims-based access control modules

    Physical Requirements:

    • Office, industrial, or shipboard environment.
    • Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
    • Lifting and moving materials may be required.
