As a Corp Principal of our Corporate and Central Programs (CCP) People Experience and Technology (PXT) team, you"ll be at the intersection of people strategy and business outcomes!

• Partner directly with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change management
• Lead data-driven solutions that accelerate business outcomes through people-focused strategies
• Coach leaders on improving management abilities and strengthening our culture
• Drive organizational design that aligns with business strategy and fosters inclusive decision-making
• Identify trends and insights through people metrics to inform strategic recommendations
• Navigate complex situations with high judgment and cultural competency

Org Effectiveness

• Partner with senior leaders to design customer-centric organizations that foster agility
• Leverage business knowledge and people metrics to identify risks and recommend solutions
• Design organizational structures aligned with business strategy and inclusive decision-making

Senior Leader and Leadership Team Effectiveness

• Coach and advise leaders on management abilities and leadership development
• Assess talent needs and establish inclusive pipelines through strategic hiring and development
• Challenge senior leaders to break mental models on ways of working and talent decisions

Change Agent

• Use data and insights to guide organizational evolution and transformation
• Drive effective change through inclusive communication strategies
• Monitor implemented changes to determine effectiveness and durability

Talent Planning

• Build long-term workforce plans aligned with business objectives
• Provide coaching on resourcing critical initiatives and programs
• Create talent mechanisms integrated into the organization"s rhythm of business
