The Principal Financial Analyst role is onsite in Aiken, SC, offering a long-term contract with potential extension and an hourly pay rate.
Responsibilities include providing senior-level advisory on project controls, financial analysis, scheduling, and cost management for complex projects, along with developing project baselines and schedules.
The candidate will lead, train, and evaluate teams, deliver strategic financial insights to management, and perform advanced analysis to support project success. They will also address government compliance, apply accounting standards, and participate in process improvements.
Qualifications require a Master’s degree with 15 years or equivalent experience, expertise in automated systems, and strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP. Prior government contractor compliance experience and familiarity with government audits are preferred.
Additional responsibilities include developing strategies, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support project and organizational objectives.
