Summary:<\/span><\/b>

Client’s Digital Experience team is redefining how patients and customers engage with healthcare through AI -driven innovation, omnichannel strategy, and human -centered design. We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy across high -impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands -on—shaping product vision, elevating design standards, and mentoring the next generation of designers.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/u><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Drive the UX/UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive, high -performing digital experiences.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead design vision, standards, experimentation, and innovation workstreams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross -functional partners (Engineering, Analytics, Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Present and evangelize UX/CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Define user needs, prioritize features, and set measurable experience KPIs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee end -to -end design execution—from research through delivery.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal, Privacy & Compliance teams.<\/span>

    Qualifications:<\/u><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or related field.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 10+ years of experience, with at least 7 years in UX, product design, or experience design.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle (vision → roadmap → execution → measurement).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross -functional alignment skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience working in agile environments.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive innovation.<\/span>
