As a Principal Engineer, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to develop, qualify, and scale semiconductor technologies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and global foundry partners. You’ll shape the future of our products while ensuring manufacturing excellence and supply chain resiliency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D and Business Units to evaluate new technologies aligned with roadmap goals.
Lead end-to-end process transfer and qualification projects to support scalable and resilient manufacturing.
Drive data-driven yield improvement and quality enhancement efforts across multiple technology platforms and fabs.
Cultivate partnerships with foundry suppliers to drive engineering/operation excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10+ years in semiconductor process, device, or product engineering.
Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
Proven track record of managing complex technical programs end-to-end in development or high-volume manufacturing
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent team leader and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Self-motivated with strategic thinking and leadership capability.
