As a Principal, you are a strategic product leader responsible for a major product line, platform capability, or customer lifecycle segment. You drive multi-team initiatives, shape long-term product vision, and represent product at the executive level. You elevate product thinking across the organization and ensure delivery aligns with business impact.This role will lead product strategy and execution for how address information is captured, validated, standardized, and leveraged across the digital product space. This position will ensure address information is accurate, scalable, and reusable across shipping, routing, delivery, billing, compliance, and customer experience systems. The Principal PM will drive enterprise standards for address validation and enable improved delivery accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer trust.Essential FunctionsDefine and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependenciesLead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leadersGuide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountabilityDeeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolutionTrack and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performanceCoach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management disciplineRepresent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forumsOwn the digital product vision and roadmap for address capture, validation, normalization, and enrichmentDefine standards and reusable services for how address data is used across business units and platformsLead initiatives to improve address accuracy, deliverability, and geocoding precisionDrive product requirements for real-time validation, batch cleansing, international address handling, and coordinate verificationPartner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance to reduce delivery failures and operational costs tied to bad address dataEvaluate and manage third-party address validation and data providersEstablish clear KPIs and reporting for address data quality and downstream impact Preferred Qualifications:Notable product management experience, including enterprise platform ownershipExperience working with data-intensive systems and API-based servicesStrong understanding of address validation, geocoding, data governance, or master data managementProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business unitsStrong technical fluency and ability to partner closely with engineering teamsData-driven decision maker with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills Minimum EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
