Position Responsibilities:


Drive technical and design innovation across multiple teams by architecting complex, scalable solutions that influence product strategy and technical direction across the company's major platforms and services. Lead and mentor multiple teams of Design Technologists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers, providing technical leadership and strategic direction for large-scale initiatives. Establish prototyping standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for prototype development that are adopted across multiple teams, improving development efficiency and product quality. Define and implement frameworks and tools that accelerate the prototyping process and enable rapid experimentation for multiple product teams simultaneously. Partner with and influence senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, and make critical decisions about technical investments that influence long-term product roadmaps. Architect and oversee development of complex distributed systems and tools that enable sophisticated user experience solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across multiple platforms. Lead cross-team technical initiatives, including the development of shared component libraries, design systems, and prototyping platforms that serve multiple business units. Drive innovation in prototyping methodologies by researching, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as AR/VR, AI/ML integration, advanced visualization techniques. Provide technical governance and architecture review for major initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide technical and design standards while optimizing for innovation and speed. Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks for measuring the effectiveness of prototyping solutions and their impact on product development cycles across the organization.


Position Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Centered Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Sciences, or a related field and eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have eight years of experience in the following skill(s): front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyping experience; coding in front end programming languages; experience developing visually polished, engaging, and highly fluid UX prototypes; collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners; experience in one of the following: Native mobile development (Android/iOS), Python, Objective-C, Swift, C#, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, web and server programming and Responsive/Adaptive design, Java, or SQL; and experience designing rich user interfaces using modern web frameworks (such as React, Angular, and Vue).
