Description
Oversee the design, alignment, and implementation of data solutions supporting Commercial profitability and enterprise platforms. This includes deep understanding of CFG's data architecture, profitability frameworks, and enterprise systems to ensure scalable, efficient, and accurate data solutions. The role will act as a bridge between business intent and technical execution, ensuring that solutions meet both strategic and operational needs.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for translating business outcomes into optimal technical designs, providing direction to development teams on best practices for implementation across platforms. This role will bring a strong understanding of both business processes and technology architecture, enabling the organization to deliver high-quality, consistent, and governed data solutions.
An important aspect of this role is to guide solution design across profitability architecture and broader CFG data ecosystems, ensuring consistency, reusability, and alignment with enterprise standards. The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are both technically sound and aligned with intended business outcomes.
This role is a senior individual contributor within the data organization, working in an agile manner in the Bank's Modern Operating Model environment and closely aligned with product, engineering, and architecture teams.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $183,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
