As a Principal Customer Marketing Specialist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will drive integrated campaign execution, including paid media and events, and content generation as part of the commercial team responsible for growth and customer retention. Your impact will be focused on customer engagement, thought leadership, and demand generation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execute multi-channel campaigns that cost-effectively drive new customer acquisition and retention.

This is a global role focused on driving business results with global customers, requiring proven B2B experience, preferably in specialty chemicals or manufacturing. Additionally, experience with project or traffic management, agency management, and a demonstrable history of executing customer-facing marketing activities are important for this role.

This position can be based in our Morris Plains, NJ or Houston, TX locations and reports to the Sr Director of Customer Marketing, Refrigerant and Applied Solutions (RAS).

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven track record in delivering results through planning, managing, executing and measuring broad-based marketing initiatives in a B2B environment
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with effective external marketing to customers, content development, and promotional tactics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Business writing and editing skills
  • Proven project coordination skills and experience with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 10-25% to attend events and customer meetings

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary for this position is $169,316-$211,645. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • Lead the development and execution of materials and promotions for marketing campaigns, including email, social media, case studies, white papers, and customer events
  • Create campaign plans including content calendars, media promotions, nurture sequences, and budget from conception through execution and tracking performance
  • Manage stakeholder communications, sales enablement collateral, and digital asset library
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs, value proposition, personas, and the customer decision journey to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage the external nurture activities that drive lead conversion for digital and live experiences (conferences, trade shows, meetings and events), ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
  • Capture key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurements of campaign return on investment (ROI), interfacing with internal agency and regional marketing colleagues for comprehensive reporting
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to monitor and optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Work with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets
