Detailed Job Description
As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps Client and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

"Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Specific Skills & Experience:
"Years of Experience: Typically, these roles require 10 -15+ years of SAP MM experience, with a focus on P2P.
"Implementation Experience: Experience with multiple SAP MM/P2P implementation projects is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications:
"SAP MM Expertise:
oStrong understanding of SAP MM modules, including master data management (materials, vendors, purchasing info records), procurement processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs), and inventory management.
oExposure to SAP Ariba including ARIBA ECC interfaces
oKnowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, PP, SD, WM/EWM).
oKnowledge in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is plus.
"Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process:
oEnd-to-end understanding of the P2P cycle, from requisition to payment.
oExperience with indirect and direct procurement processes.
oKnowledge of inter-company purchasing and stock transfer orders.

"Implementation & Support:
oExperience in SAP MM/P2P implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
oAbility to design, configure, and test SAP MM/P2P solutions.
oTroubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
"Master Data Management:
oExperience with creating, maintaining, and managing SAP MM master data.
"Integration:
oExperience with integrating SAP MM/P2P with non-SAP systems (e.g., supplier portals, external invoicing systems).
"Business Acumen:
oUnderstanding of supply chain business models and procurement best practices.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
