Detailed Job Description:

Role Summary:

The Oracle Fusion Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM) aligned with business objectives. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures.

They need to lead solution design, integrations, data strategy, and implementation governance across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecture & Design
"Lead end-to-end architecture design for Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, SCM, HCM).
"Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
"Develop solution blueprints, architecture documents, and roadmaps.
"Define data models, workflows, and overall system landscape.

2. Implementation Leadership
"Lead Oracle Fusion implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
"Oversee configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare.
"Act as technical design authority across all modules and workstreams.

3. Integration & Data Architecture
"Design and govern integration architecture (OIC, APIs, middleware).
"Define data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation processes.
"Ensure seamless integration with third-party and legacy systems (EBS, etc.).

4. Governance & Best Practices
"Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and governance.
"Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
"Conduct design reviews, audits, and quality assurance checks.

5. Stakeholder Management
"Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, and IT teams.
"Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
"Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on Oracle Fusion strategy.

6. Delivery & Leadership
"Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams.
"Manage multi-module, multi-geography implementations.
"Drive continuous improvement, upgrades, and optimizations.

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
"Evaluate and adopt new Oracle features (AI, Redwood UX, automation).
"Identify cost optimization and performance improvement opportunities.

Functional Expertise
"Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules:
oERP (Financials)
oSCM
oHCM / PPM / EPM (as applicable)

Technical Skills
"Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware
