Collaborate with project and resource managers to ensure the correct development team is assembled to execute the solutions that are architected, as well as ensure the solution is implemented correctly through direct coding contributions and/or oversight. MOST important is experience problem solving in AWS to look at logs, statuses, know how to look through a log of anytime and triage what a problem is and hop into a code base and understand it enough to work with it - a linguist of sorts.
