Job Description We are looking for a Principal Application Support Consultant to join our team in Wrocaw, supporting customers across the EMEA and UK regions on the Unit4 ERP platform.This is a senior, hands-on role. You will play a key role in stablising and strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes, ensuring high-quality support delivery while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Alongside managing complex support cases and escalations, you will help develop team capability through knowledge sharing, training, and coaching, while also gaining exposure to both Unit4 ERP and ERPx through structured learning opportunities.Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve daily incoming customer support cases across EMEA and UK regionsAct as a subject matter expert for complex issues and escalationsProvide guidance and mentoring to team members as requiredDeliver training sessions and support knowledge development within the teamTake ownership of escalation management, ensuring timely and effective resolutionOperate within a flat team structure, covering both first-line and advanced support responsibilitiesBalance operational support delivery with strategic contributions such as mentoring and process improvementContribute to special projects and process improvementsWork across both Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and expanding knowledge via a rotation programme
Qualifications Must-HaveProven experience with Unit4 ERP (essential)Strong knowledge of the Financial/Logistics moduleBasic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting)Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage both standard support cases and complex escalationsWillingness to travel to Wrocaw office 2-3 times per year Nice-to-HaveAdvanced SQL knowledgeExperience in mentoring or coaching colleaguesTraining delivery experiencePrevious experience handling escalations in a support environment
