Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Principal Administrative Associate III to provide administrative support within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role will support real estate operations and management teams through a variety of administrative, organizational, reporting, and communication responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Provide administrative support to real estate management and project teams
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, conference calls, and scheduling activities
  • Prepare meeting materials, take meeting notes, and distribute minutes as needed
  • Organize, maintain, file, categorize, and archive documents and records
  • Compile, prepare, edit, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other office tools
  • Track assignments, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage incoming inquiries through general email inboxes and phone lines using established procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
  • Support project coordination and administrative operations within a busy office environment
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 8 years of administrative experience required
  • Associate degree with 4 years of administrative experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of administrative experience required
  • Experience working in a busy, high-demand, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to organize, track, and manage project-related information and reports
  • Experience handling administrative support functions including scheduling, filing, reporting, and document management preferred

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
