Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at a residential treatment center with 18 beds, 11 for boys and 7 beds for girls, all between the ages of 14 - to 17-year-old, located on a beautiful property in Woodbury, Connecticut.

Schedule: We are currently hiring for two Clinician positions:

• Position 1: Sunday–Thursday
• Position 2: Tuesday–Saturday

Additionally, an on-call rotation exists among several clinical team members. More information will be shared in the interview process.

Turnbridge is hiring a Primary Clinician (LCSW, LMFT or LPC) for this program, where your skills and care transform young people’s lives. Associate level clinicians are encouraged to apply to this amazing opportunity as well!

Primary job duties include:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to each client.
• Manage a caseload of four to five clients from admission to discharge.
• Group experience that includes activity planning and high engagement levels.
• Engage meaningfully with families and referents.

Experience with family therapy is a big plus!

The Woodbury, CT team includes: psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.
