We are hiring Primary Care Providers / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine in the San Francisco Bay Area

Position Highlights 

  • Outpatient only primary care serving a diverse community only primary care serving a diverse community 
  • Work alongside family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and womens health clinicians in a collaborative team environment. 
  • 8 half day clinical sessions weekly (1.0 FTE)  day clinical sessions weekly (1.0 FTE) 
  • Monday-Friday schedule, no inpatient work and no weekend clinic 
  • Protected administrative time  
  • Medical student teaching optional 
  • Direct access to leadership and decisionmakers 

Compensation & Benefits 

Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a sustainable, patient-centered practice model.  Foundation salaries use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure. centered practice model.

Requirements:  

California licensed physician (MD or DO) by start date with board certification or eligibility and willingness to become board certified in Family Medicine.
