Adult Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Florida-licensed, board-certified (or board-eligible) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient-only practice serving adults 18 and older in Mount Summerfield, FL! New graduates who are board-eligible and planning to take the board certification exam are welcome to apply.

With no hospital rounding, no weekend shifts, and a manageable daily patient volume, this is a great opportunity for work-life balance in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $250,000 (Based on Experience)
• Performance Bonuses: Up to $200,000 Starting Year 2

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Patient Volume: 10–15 patients/day
• Population: Adults only (18+) — no pediatrics
• Call: Minimal phone-only call with two options, either shared call (every 3rd day), or take your own call daily. (Either way, call volume is extremely low and rarely disruptive.)
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• No weekends and no hospital rounding
• Credentialing: ~6 weeks

Requirements:

• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
