This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about senior-focused primary care, relationship-based medicine, and practicing in a setting with strong clinical and non-clinical support.

Our care model allows physicians to spend more time developing long-term, meaningful patient relationships while being fully supported by staff so they can stay focused on delivering high-quality care.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a physician who brings both strong clinical training and the personal qualities needed to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, including:

  • Physical stamina to work long hours under pressure
  • Communication skills to interact clearly with both staff and patients
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of people, differing in ages, personalities, and backgrounds
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work efficiently with others, provide new ideas, and help inspire staff and management
  • Time management skills to be able to see a high number of patients
  • Interpersonal skills, compassion, and empathy to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues

Requirements

Required education for a Physician includes a degree in medicine in addition to a bachelors degree, completion of a five-year residency training program, a current state medical license, and a Federal DEA license.

Current Drug Enforcement Agency and Department of Public Safety registration is required to prescribe medication. A Physician will also have completed the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
