Primary Care Physician

Our client, an established and growing family medicine practice in the Oviedo area, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values preventive care, strong patient relationships, and a practice environment focused on quality care and long-term continuity. 

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population

• Perform routine visits, preventive care, annual physicals, and management of acute and chronic conditions

• Partner with patients to support long-term health outcomes, care navigation, and continuity of care

• Practice evidence-based medicine with a strong focus on prevention and wellness

• Collaborate with office managers, nurses, billing staff, and administrative team members in a well-supported practice setting

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR

• Participate in light shared call coverage

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Completion of Family Medicine residency preferred 

• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain

• Strong interest in preventive, evidence-based primary care

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive first-year compensation anticipated in the mid-$200K range ($230k-250k) with bonus potential
