• Start date: 30-60 Days
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
• Duties: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
• Patient Population: Geriatric, ages 65+
• Support: Full Staff & Advanced Practice Providers
• PPD: 12-16 PPD
• EMR: eClinical Works
• Salary: 225K-260K Per Year +  lucrative Annual Bonus
