A physician-led concierge medical group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its membership-based primary care practice in Richmond.
This model prioritizes long-term patient relationships, prevention, and extended appointment times. The organization is specifically seeking a long-term physician partner (10+ year commitment preferred).
Practice Model
- 8–10 patients per day
- 30/60/90-minute visits
- Patient panel capped at 450
- 4.5 patient-facing days + 0.5 admin day weekly
- Outpatient-only
- Equal call rotation
- No supervision of physician extenders
- Dedicated nurse and private office
- Two dedicated exam rooms
- On-site phlebotomy and IV therapy
- Full administrative support (IT, HR, referral coordination, Athena EMR)
Compensation Structure
- Starting salary: $295,000
- Increases to $285,000+ once panel is full (clarify directly with leadership — previous listing reflected variation)
- Annual raises
- Salary based on qualifications and experience

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Virginia medical license
- 5+ years of primary care experience preferred
