What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

As a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) you will deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals across a broad range of health needs and conditions . The practice emphasizes whole -person care, integrating preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute treatment within a primary care setting.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Provide routine wellness exams and preventive care services<\/span><\/span>

• Conduct screenings and administer immunizations<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Treat acute illnesses and minor injuries<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Order, interpret, and discuss diagnostic tests and results<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Deliver comprehensive women’s and men’s health services<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support patients’ behavioral health needs<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform minor in -office procedures as needed<\/span><\/span>

• Provide medication management and patient education<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Coordinate patient care and facilitate specialist referrals<\/span><\/span>

• Participate in neonatal call coverage – Family Medicine role specific<\/span><\/span>

• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize the EMR effectively<\/span><\/span>

    Internal Medicine / Hospital Medicine<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Full -time Hospital Medicine position (14 shifts per month)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Open ICU (4 bed) with Pulmonology and Virtual ICU support<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Manageable patient census with APP collaboration<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Procedures preferred but not required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support from CRNA, Surgery, and Emergency Department teams<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Integrated EPIC for seamless patient care management<\/span><\/span>

          What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p>

          Education, Experience, Certifications and Licenses<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p>

          • MD or DO from an accredited medical school<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • 3–5 years of family medicine experience preferred<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited Internal Medicine/Family Medicine residency<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • ACLS certification<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Unrestricted Oregon Medical License / Eligible for Oregon medical license<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Comfortable practicing in a collaborative inpatient setting <\/span><\/span>
