As a Primary Care Physician, you'll provide comprehensive, relationship-based care to clinically and socially complex older adults while helping patients achieve their health goals through longitudinal care delivered in our clinics and via telehealth.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain one prior to start
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Experience utilizing EHRs and healthcare technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
• Passion for mission-driven, patient-centered care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
• Ability to effectively balance competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for older adults in underserved communities with complex social challenges
