Harbor Health is searching for a team-oriented Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Physicians Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX!

We grew from 12 Austin-based practices to over 40 primary care and express care locations in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso! Join us as we grow in Texas!

Providers will work in and co-create an innovative, team-based care environment to deliver primary care and preventive services to employed persons and their families. Free from constraints of fee-for-service, the team is redesigning care to achieve better health and experience while reducing waste
