Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2)
Hours: 40 hrs/week (variable clinic hours)
Schedule: Every other weekend required; possible holiday rotations
Projected Start: June 29, 2026

Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an on-site retail clinic role in San Antonio, TX . You’ll provide evidence-based care in a fast-paced clinical setting, partnering with a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality outcomes for patients.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of primary care/urgent care conditions
• Develop treatment plans, provide health counseling, and manage follow-up/disposition planning
• Document care accurately and collaborate daily with the clinic care team
• Support safe, patient-centered care in a safety-sensitive environment

• Required Qualifications

  • Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required)
  • Active NP (or PA) license in Texas
  • Active RN + APRN licenses in good standing (no current or prior disciplinary actions)
  • BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

  Additional Details

  • This is an in-person, patient-facing role
  • DEA registration may be required during onboarding (if applicable per clinic need)
