We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established practice in Charlottesville, VA. Our practice operates with a deeply rooted commitment to inclusivity, fostering an "all-are-welcome" philosophy across every aspect of our care.
Scope of Practice
- Full Scope Clinical Variety: Full scope of outpatient family medicine including general acute and chronic primary care conditions, comprehensive wellness exams, preventative health management, and dedicated women's health service lines for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
- Practice Culture & Support: Join a highly collaborative team consisting of two physicians and 2 advanced practitioners. The practice thrives on a supportive culture that respects individual provider autonomy while remaining readily available for clinical mentorship and collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency: Benefit from an expert, long-tenured local support staff with a 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio and an on-site phlebotomist. Efficiency is maximized through an integrated EMR and generous appointment blocks40 minutes for new patients/physicals and 20 minutes for follow-upsensuring ample time for charting and administrative tasks within the standard day.
- Great Work-Life Balance: We offer flexible scheduling including Part-Time or Full-Time (4 days/week), Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. No evenings or weekends are required.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of dedicated outpatient primary care experience is required, 2-3+ years of experience is highly preferred. New graduates will not be considered at this time.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA registration in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to collaborate closely with a tight-knit, experienced support staff.
