Job Description
A well-established rural health clinic is seeking a patient-centered, empathetic Physician to join its collaborative care team. This practice provides comprehensive outpatient services, convenient on-site resources, and access to multiple specialties.
The clinic offers a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care to a diverse patient population.
Position Overview
- Full-time, employed position
- Outpatient-only setting
- Rural Health Center designation
- Collaborative team consisting of 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- On-site services include X-ray and laboratory services
- Access to specialty care, including:
- OB/GYN
- Cardiology
- Behavioral Health
- Endocrinology
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications
